I’m Susan Giesel and I’m passionate about helping people understand one another, build relationships, decrease conflict, and function better as a team. Together, we can achieve more. However, that’s easier said than done.
Often times, we don’t fully understand each other. We can see someone’s strengths and weaknesses, but we don’t know what drives them, what they need, and why they behave the way they do.
With over 40 years of real-world experience, in different industries and multiple start up positions, I’ve learned a great deal about people and teams. As both a consultant and trainer, my goal is help you align your company, eliminate the “Sunday Scaries,” and resolve the frustrations between you and your team.
