A company’s talent is one of its most significant competitive advantages. Hiring the right people and maximizing employee productivity is critical to success. Participants of this workshop will learn how to apply solutions to design, develop, and execute a talent optimization strategy. 

TIME: 2 days in-person or five 90-minute virtual sessions.

High Performance Workshop Series

Part science, part team building, and part self-discovery, this workshop highlights how your team communicates, makes decisions, and resolves conflict. Your team will understand what needs to happen to work in harmony, long after the session is over. 

TIME: 2 hours.

  • Designing for Strategic Action - Part 2

This workshop shows where your team and your goals are misaligned so that you can take deliberate action to stay on track. You will establish short-term and long-term goals to understand where each team member’s roles and responsibilities lie. That way everyone is rowing the boat in the same direction. 

TIME: 2 hours.
